1. What is the problem you are solving?
Try to connect the problem with your audience, get their attention, and make them feel connected. It could be a real life example or maybe your personal experience.
2. What is your solution?
After you raised the problem, then what is next? You have to tell the audience how you solve the problems and what kind of technology you are using to solve the problem if any.
3. Is there any customer in the market to buy your solutions?
Tell the audience what is the market size? and what is your expected obtainable market.
4. Who is your competitor?
You may need to tell your audience about the competitive landscape and how you compete with them.
5. What is now happening at your company and what the future looks like?
E.g. how many customers you engaged or how much revenue you are making right now. This would make more confident for the audience that your solution has already been market proved. Then what the future looks like.
6. Why you?
Talk about your team and show that your team is capable to deliver the solutions to the market.
